windows 7 what to choose?

Hey fellas getting in gear for my new rig but need help with which version of windows 7 to get. I currently have XP. I see there are three choices, windows home premiuim, professional and ultimate. Other than the price what are the big differences? What are you guys using and or recomend?

just get home premium 64bit, no point in the other 2 unless for buisness or to run virtual xp

it is what the wife has on my her laptop and it works just fine for her. As for me, running the Ultimate version, but I experiment with virtual OS environments to study for tests and the like...
