anyone read ebooks (epub format) I'm trying to load up the iPad with some good ebooks and wonder where people get them

I don't know much about this area, but I use kindle on my smartphone.

I am mostly using the iTunes store, just wondering if there were other good sources.

Agreeing with the kindle advocates. As I write this on a kindle, I have a book downloading in the background.

I use an actual Kindle Fire HDX 7" which, on top of cheap e-books from unpublished authors, you can borrow books. 1 at a time for free, just for being a Kindle owner. Plus I have been a Prime member for several years now...I read and watch movies on this device and LOVE IT!
