Game of Thrones and HBO GO on Xbox 360

We dropped cable and are using our Xbox to watch stuff on Netflix and Hulu, but this means having to wait for Game of Thrones until it comes out on DVD. However, as of today HBO GO is available on the 360. Anyone know if it's possible to get an HBO subscription without having to get all of the other stuff that goes with a cable service?
