budget $400 - $500

need - to be able to video edit and game.

already have - HD 6670 PCI-Express 1GB vid card, still in the box, that I can put in (450W PS required)

prefer - Windows 7 64 bit (but not picky)

Is your vid editing software part of the budget or do you already have it? If you have it, what software is it? Based on budget alone, I am assuming this is for home editing vs pro editing?

I work with Adobe Premiere, I own it. I do fairly highend editing, broadcast standard, but I accept long render and output times
