That video is amazing, double air shots, fantastic.
Couple items of note because I like to lecture and stir the pot.
1) This video confirms for me a sniper technique which is quickly strafing the mouse horizontally over the player and hitting M1 and you can get a hit box kill. 2) All of you, please note: on a push map, when your medic has just overhealed you enough to kill multiple opponents, DO NOT, just run ahead with low health, fall back to the medics position for healing. Pay attention to a few cuts in this video. They don't run back across the map, they just realize where the medic is. This also prevents the medic from having to round the corner with lower health and have me, ahem, I mean the medic and subsequently, you get killed. 3) It's interesting to see that even in competitive gameplay, players exit on gravelpit and get blown up by stickies.
I dunno, while those are some impressive frags, I've been watching the ESEA finals, and a lot of the things they do are pretty brazen and would get them ripped apart against a team like compLexity or Pandemic.
So lets see a frag video against a good team, and then I'll be impressed.

I watched the first map and definitely a different gameplay dynamic. The team pushes together and actually.....wait for it....WAITS to get all their players and an uber before advancing on a point. The key to this match was the medic ubering the scouts, not pushing forward, and dying, then the red team recaptured the center point.

Earl I have to agree to some extent, I was mostly impressed with the novel way in which they utilize HLTV demos to show the whole team attacking a point, I haven't seen that kind of thing in frag videos since original CS...
also it was relatively high production quality (custom models with team logo, nice color correction, etc)
while they arent bad players for sure (pretty high euro team), this one is more fun to watch for the editing than the frags (which are still good to great), and to be fair, they do play Dignitas (aka 4Kings/aka one of best euro teams) as well as Empire (ruskies) and MoB gaming in a few of the demos, so this is still high level play.
ALSO
I have similarly been addicted to watching MmM play (crazy new team with old players and fastfire as a f-ing pocket solly? too bad their teamwork cant match their fragging ability), there is a good demo for badlands as well that should be available on the facebook page you linked.

I am intrigued and wish to know more.
How does quickly moving the mouse through the target area make it any easier? Wouldn't you still need to click at the exact right moment in order to hit the target?

its taking advantage of a hitbox, you cant just swing a scoped rifle and get headshots. but taking advantage of a horizontal quick movement across the head sometimes gives you the benefit of the doubt and registers a head shot.
its a lot harder then it looks and I personally think it takes a great deal of luck. I've tried it over and over and will maybe get 1-10 register as hits.

So wouldn't it just be easier to aim and fire normally...?

You try using the scope and trying for a precise headshot when a scout is about 5ft in front of you. Not gonna happen
Ah, so mainly a close-range "oh-crap!" maneuver then? Personally I would just use the kukri, but I'll give this new trick a try.
basically its a oh crap maneuver...you should really check out this video on how effective it can be, also it might look like he is missing but that is just the lag when taking the demo, so some shots will be like wtf he wasn't even close to a head shot and it registered as a critical, that's the lag ....Thanks to Ethan for showing me this vid a wile back!
