I'm curious to see if there's anything done on the server recently for a bump in the ping. we haven't changed anything and we're average 100+ now from our standard 20s and 30s...
Perhaps it's the updates?
Any inputs?

Not everyone is affected. I still seem to be in the mid 20s. I just update the server with the latest TF2 updates and reboot.

Yea... I don't know. Just confused why the sudden lag spike for both Warning and I..... hmmm...
