I found some old TF2 footage on my hard drive from April 2008.
Harken back to a time when:
* Hats didnt exist * Unlocks didn't exist * DANE had yet to form * There was no such thing as airblast, jarate, the sandvich, or minisentries * No one knew how ot spy check * No one knew how to play spy * There were some funny names, but familiar voices.... * Parkmad still enjoyed the game
I have lots more footage, I'll be processing it and uploading it over the next few days. The raw footage takes up a lot of space....

Another one! (low quality again..) This one should be more interesting because I pull off a lot of spy trickery, especially around 18 minutes. All the rest of my footage is high quality, stay tuned.

There's additions like weapons, tweaks and other features that have made the game better, but with the addition of hats, paints and all the other misc. crap really turned the game into a first person fashion show. Also making it free to play ruined the overall player base.
Still love the game, just not as much as I did 4 or 5 years ago.

I actually liked playing Warpath. It's where I learned the power of the Kritz, not related to crits, but because of the faster charging. If you got ahead of the other guy charging the uber you could push right across that map.
Other things that were cool.
1) Hearing DaveKenroy's voice again. 2) Seeing Gunther Clone E. What happened to THAT guy? 3) Not seeing Dane, Gel, HK, Mythik, and all those other upstarts.
*edit* and oh yeah, seeing the guy that recruited me to RH on the server, Grimace. Yes, you all have someone to blame.
Not sure what that means. People talking is what makes RH fun. No one is "mouthy" while we're playing on RH, unless you count Z/Hkness' girly squeals, or me telling you to "eat it." These are not serious personal attacks.
And yeah, you are bothered by the skill level because there were often times you said you don't enjoy TF2 anymore. But then I'd see you leave the RH server and play on a generic pub server for 2 hours (game info shows you had the most kills on the server). Most servers have really low skill, and killing them can be cathartic, just mowing down groups of enemies without ever dying. RH makes people try too much because you might actually die, but it's also a turn off when you leave spawn and die after 5 seconds.
Mithyk rarely ever speaks. But after 10 headshots in a row, almost anyone is ready to quit.

It was a joke. I like to stir the pot. Sometimes I am mad when I do it, and sometimes I am simply smirking. This was a smirk. I knew I would get a reaction.
I am glad you are monitoring my behavior but get it right. I rarely, if ever, quit the RH server and went to another server. I played plenty of pubs when there was no one on RH but opting for that when the server was busy, just didn't happen.
I haven't played on any TF2 server in over 4 months and it's not because of the skill level or mouthiness, etc.
