It is ok. There is no meat to it, or in depth review of cars and their performance. The laughs and camaraderie are gone, we get random 5 minute segments where they espouse eloquently about childhood or feelings, and maybe a few mentions of the features of the car.
How did it handle ? What are your thoughts on the finishes ? How well does it shift ? Any lag ? Usability of controls ? None of this is addressed. It will never be the same.
I have no strong feelings about this new launch .. not good, not bad. That means it is not going anywhere. At least the first attempt I truly disliked and then got to where it was moderately enjoyable, though they still did not do enough on the cars .. though more than launch 2.
I want to see the competitions .. how the tundra fares against the F250 and Sierra .. and so on.

i agree with everything you say but i still like it better than the old show. It didn't really review the cars either.
