Advice Please: New Employer, Mandatory Arbitration Agreement

So - Advice would be appreciated (and will not be held for/against you
)...
My division was sold last year to a new company. In October they put out an electronic notice that we had to sign an Arbitration Agreement, stating it is a condition of employment. We were to "sign" it by clicking a button that said 'agreed' or something like that. There was a second option - a button that said we wanted follow up from Human Resources. I clicked the second button and didn't hear anything back from HR. (There was an email toward the end of the month saying we needed to 'sign', to which I replied I'd asked for HR follow-up.)
My boss has now reminded me about signing it - and to be honest - I don't want to sign it, I don't like the wording or giving up potential rights, and I HATE being given non-choice choices... Sign or be fired, for example.
I don't know if I can roll the dice and not sign, saying it was their responsibility to follow up with me. And I hear that they have no idea who has and who has not. But... it could come back to haunt me.
Advice?
