Roku anyone?

I am doing an east coast / west coast thing right now, a home in both places. In my east coast home I am thinking seriously of ditching Time Warner and getting a Roku box.

I have Netflix and HBO GO from my LA life. Hulu PLUS would be an option.

Anyone have experience with this? What kind of bandwidth do I need to being able to game, download a movie (legally, of course) while my roommate watches Roku?
