I don't see it. Doesn't look like WoW to me.

I think it's different enough to not get them in trouble (as if they would), but there are aspects that are clearly "inspired by"... more pics on the BBC of all things!

meh, it's like saying WoW ripped off D&D -- nothing really proprietary about demons and wolves and that sort of epic, legendary world of swords and magic.
