Best version of a "Chromebook" out there ?

My son, 10 yo, decided he wants to blow his money on a chromebook type laptop.

Any recommendations on brand, model, etc would be great.

I'm sure he is hoping to play some online games, but obviously nothing high end. School work, youtube, movie streaming, etc ..

I don't know if it comes like this, but it would be great if there were some kind of parental controls that could be initiated on it, or via app.

I see them places like Woot and Groupon every so often as well.

Any input appreciated.

Forgot to mention we are looking for $200 or less... I would kick in 20 or 30 if need be f it was truly a big difference, but that is the approximate budget.
